Purchase details

Image Host costs €4.99 one-time for one ritsu account. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The EUR price includes applicable sales tax; checkout may show other currencies.

Sign in and verify your email before purchasing. Image Host is separate from Premium and supporter badges, and repeat purchases do not stack storage.

Paid but access has not activated?

1. 1Step 1: Confirm you are signed into the ritsu account used for checkout.
2. 2Step 2: Check your receipt or payment status. Access activates after payment confirmation.
3. 3Step 3: Refresh Image Host → Overview after confirmation.
4. 4Step 4: If it still has not activated, email contact@ritsu.lol with your ritsu username, checkout email, and order or transaction reference. Avoid purchasing again to fix missing access.

Request purchase help or a refund

If you were charged twice, access did not activate, or the service is not working as described, email the ritsu team with your username, checkout email, and order or transaction reference. Never send passwords or full card details.

Refund requests are reviewed under the Image Host refund policy. Approved refunds go through the original payment provider to the original payment method; arrival times depend on the provider.

A refunded or disputed purchase no longer authorizes new uploads. The refund policy explains how existing images are handled.
