My changes are not showing

1. 1Step 1: Check that the dashboard shows a successful save. Customize fields use Save Changes; some other controls save as you use them.
2. 2Step 2: Open My page to confirm you are viewing the correct public profile.
3. 3Step 3: Refresh the public page. Try a private browser window to compare with a fresh visit.
4. 4Step 4: If only a preview in Discord or another app is outdated, that service may be caching your link preview.

An image will not upload

For profile assets, check the 10 MB editor limit and try a smaller image. For Image Host, check the supported formats, 10 MiB per-image limit, remaining storage, and active access.

Keep the page open during upload. If it fails again, note the exact error, format, and file size.

An integration is empty or outdated

• Recheck the username, link, invite, player ID, and region in the integration form.
• Check public visibility in the original service, especially Steam and in-game showcases.
• Open the source page or invite to make sure it exists and is available.
• Allow time for provider caches or temporary outages to clear.

My profile feels slow

Try a smaller background, reduce large GIFs, and temporarily turn off some decoration effects. Check on a second device or browser to see whether the issue is specific to one setup.

Report a bug with useful details

• Your ritsu username and the affected public URL, if relevant.
• What you expected, what actually happened, and steps to reproduce it.
• The exact error message and a screenshot with private information hidden.
• Your browser, device, and whether the problem happens consistently.
