1. Information We Collect

Account data. When you create an account, we store your email address and your chosen username.

Profile content. We store the content you choose to add to your page — such as your display name, bio, location, occupation, quote, avatar and background images, links, social handles, audio, and any game or social integration identifiers (e.g. Genshin, Zenless Zone Zero, Valorant, Steam, Discord, YouTube, or AniList).

Usage analytics. We collect privacy-friendly, aggregated usage data (such as page views, referrers, browser type, and approximate country/region). This data does not identify you individually.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
• Display your public profile and links to visitors
• Authenticate your account and prevent fraud and abuse
• Send essential account emails, such as password resets
• Understand and improve the platform through aggregated analytics

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Your ritsu.lol profile is public by design. Your username, display name, bio, images, links, social handles, and any integration data you enable are visible to anyone who visits your page. Please do not publish information you wish to keep private. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to display.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you enable an integration (such as a game or social widget), we send the identifier you provide (for example a UID or username) to the relevant third-party service in order to fetch and display public stats on your profile. These requests are subject to the privacy practices of those providers, which we do not control. Enabling an integration is entirely optional.

5. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies. Our analytics providers are configured to be cookieless and do not track you across other websites. If you block the essential cookie, you will not be able to log in.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems, with residual copies purged from backups within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights & Choices

You can access and edit most of your data directly from your dashboard, and you can permanently delete your account at any time. 9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will terminate it and delete the associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
