Get into your dashboard and resolve common sign-in problems.

- Step 1: Open the login page.
- Step 2: Enter your account email or username and your password.
- Step 3: If prompted, verify your email before continuing.
- Step 4: Once signed in, open the dashboard to manage your profile.
Sign in with your email or username to open your dashboard.
If you cannot sign in
- Check that you are using the same email address you registered with.
- Check for a mistyped password or an accidental space.
- If your email is unverified, follow the verification instructions or request a new message.
- If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset page.
Username or display name?
Your username identifies your account's public URL. Your display name is the name shown on the profile and can be edited in Customize → Profile. Editing your display name does not rename your public link.
For account access problems you cannot resolve, contact the ritsu team. Include your username and the exact error, but never your password.
