Image Host refund policy

Ritsu Image Host is a one-time purchase for 5 GB of reusable storage on one Ritsu account. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

If you were charged twice, your purchased access did not activate, or the service is not working as described, email contact@ritsu.lol. Include your Ritsu username, checkout email, and order or transaction reference. Never send passwords or card details.

We review refund requests and investigate purchase or service issues. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider and returned to the original payment method. Your provider determines how long the funds take to arrive.

A refunded or disputed Image Host purchase no longer authorizes new uploads. Existing images remain available to manage and delete unless removal is required under our Terms of Service.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law. Purchase-specific terms and any applicable cancellation information are also provided by the payment provider at checkout.
