Is ritsu free?
Ritsu's core link-in-bio profile is free. You can customize your page and add your links through the dashboard. Image Host is a separate paid product, and Support Ritsu lists separate supporter options.
Do I need Image Host for a profile picture?
No. Use Customize → Profile to upload your avatar, banner, and background. Image Host is a separate gallery product for uploading and sharing images through public links.
Why is my music not playing automatically?
Browsers can block audio until a visitor interacts. Check your track's autoplay setting, enable the enter screen if you want a click-to-enter step, and test playback manually.
Does my display name change my link?
No. Your public link uses your username. Customize → Profile changes the display name shown on your page. Contact support if you need help with your account's URL.
Where is my Verified badge?
Email verification and the Verified profile badge are separate. Email verification confirms your address; the team grants the Verified badge. The Badges catalog explains eligibility for each badge.
How can I contact the team?
