1. Acceptance of Terms

• Promote or facilitate illegal activities, self-harm, or violence
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Prohibited Content

ritsu.lol is not a platform for adult content, gambling, drug sales, weapons, or any content that promotes illegal activity. Profiles containing such content will be removed without warning, and the associated account may be terminated.

6. User Content & License

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant ritsu.lol a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account, except where retention is required for legal, backup, or archival purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The ritsu.lol name, logo, design, look-and-feel, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are the exclusive property of ritsu.lol and its owner. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any ritsu.lol branding without prior written consent.

The Service itself — including its code, design, features, and documentation — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 9. DMCA & Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe content on ritsu.lol infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@ritsu.lol with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its location, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We will investigate and remove infringing content promptly.

10. Free Service & Availability

The Service is provided free of charge. We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any specific feature or integration, will remain available, uninterrupted, or supported.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the suspension or termination of your account.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. ritsu.lol disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data provided through third-party integrations will be accurate or current.

13. Limitation of Liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, ritsu.lol and its owner, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars (usd $100).

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ritsu.lol regarding the Service.
