Request a reset link

1. 1Step 1: Open Forgot password from the login page.
2. 2Step 2: Enter the email address attached to your ritsu account.
3. 3Step 3: Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.
4. 4Step 4: Follow the link and set a new password on the reset page.
5. 5Step 5: Return to the login page and use your new password.

Enter your account email on Forgot password to request a reset link.

If your reset link does not work

Request a new reset email and use the most recent link. An older link may have expired or already been used. If you receive no email, double-check the address and your spam folder.

If you no longer have access to the email address, contact support and explain the situation. The team may need to verify ownership before helping with access.

Keep your account secure

• Use a unique password for ritsu.
• Never share your password, reset link, verification token, or authentication cookies.
• If you receive a reset email you did not request, do not share or follow it unless you intend to reset your password.
